  • Johnathan Tal, President and Publisher. Johnathan Tal brings 30 years of experience in security and intelligence, as well as an extensive international network of security professionals. Mr. Tal served as a Military Field Intelligence Officer for the Israeli Armed Forces during the early 1970's. As an intelligence specialist, Mr. Tal supervised and initiated behind-enemy-lines intelligence gathering, which relied on both hardware systems and personnel. Mr. Tal also served as a Europe-based anti-terrorist security specialist for the Israeli government. His responsibilities included supervising highly specialized personnel and interacting with international law enforcement agencies and the European intelligence community. During this period Mr. Tal conducted investigations and preventive operations to decrease the possibility of terrorist attack on Israeli installations and personnel.

    In 1979, Mr. Tal relocated to the United States and was employed by various investigative agencies as well as high-tech corporations, conducting investigations throughout Northern California. In 1985, Mr. Tal founded his first agency, which quickly became the largest investigative agency in Silicon Valley. His firm extends the concept of high quality service to cover the world of Security Consulting & Management.

    Mr. Tal is a licensed investigator, Certified Private Investigator (CPI), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified International Investigator (CII), and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Tal serves as the 2000 – 2001 President of The World Association of Detectives (WAD). Mr. Tal is an accomplished, dynamic public speaker and lecturer. In addition to being an ongoing guest lecturer at Stanford's MBA program, Mr. Tal spoke at: PGCA (Peninsula General Counsel Association), ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), American Trial Lawyer Association, numerous law firms and private organizations.

  • Dan Inbar, Chairman and CTO. Daniel Inbar brings 30 years of world-renowned experience in dozens of security, technology, research & development, marketing, market research and corporate management. Prior to joining HSRC, Mr. Inbar served as CTO, V.P. R&D, V. P. Marketing, Director and Chairman of several corporations, including Elscint Inc. and Elscint ltd. During his tenure as V.P.R&D, Mr. Inbar led the collective efforts of teams of over 500 scientists and engineers in 11 laboratories around the globe (USA, Italy, Great Britain, Israel and France). Mr. Inbar's activity spans dozens of technological fields, in which he played a leading R&D role. Mr. Inbar served as an active member on eight U.S. National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) committees, and on several government technology committees. He appeared numerous times as speaker, chairperson and participant in hundreds of high-tech related conferences and professional gatherings worldwide. Mr. Inbar has registered more than 100 patents and patent applications in various technological fields, as well as received several prestigious awards for his achievements in computerized tomography, nuclear medicine marketing.   • Doron Pely, VP Publications and Editor-in-Chief. Doron is a former police intelligence officer, and a retired lieutenant with the Israeli army. He is also a veteran competitive intelligence manager, with years of experience in delivering time-critical information and analysis to decision makers. Doron is a graduate of the Fuld-Gilad-Herring Academy of Competitive Intelligence. Doron has written extensively about high-tech and security innovations for numerous publications around the world, including Omni, Sword and The Jerusalem Post. He has covered defense industry activities and events, including the aviation salon at La Bourget, France and Israel's defense industry. Doron was a staff writer for a high-tech magazine in Amsterdam, Holland and wrote about technological innovations in England and Israel. Dr. Wilen is a member of the IS (information security) Steering Committee of the TBN (Technical Business Network). He speaks nationally and is published in the areas of prevention strategies, security, accountability, problem solving, terrorist threats and prevention, education and training, and health and safety. Dr. Wilen presently serves as a member of and as a terrorism prevention consultant to the New York Electronic Crimes Task Force of the United States Secret Service, and as a member of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Critical Infrastructure Working Group on Community Planning and Preparedness. He functions as a prevention strategies consultant to numerous security, risk management, and planning entities in the United States, Canada, and England. Dr. Wilen is chairman of the Advisory Board of the CCEP (Canadian Centre for Emergency Preparedness), and he chairs the Advisory Board for the 14th World Conference on Disaster management scheduled for the spring of 2004.
